Our company is situated in Skierniewice, province Łódź.
We are producing steel constructions, but also machines for fruit culture. Karmasz is formed by ex workers of Mechanical Plant of Agri- and Horticulture at Instytut Sadownictwa and Kwiaciarstwa in Skierniewice.
Our experience, achieved during many years, let us produce machines, which are getting best marks also outside Poland.

Harvester has many advantages:
- easy harvesting
- lower labor demand
- shorter harvesting time
- using optimal season for harvesting
- fruits without petioles

The harvester is equipped with special shakers, which vibrate and knock off fruits on special transporter. Leaves and other waste material are blown off and then thrown into boxes or pallete-cases. In additional equipment we offer special hydraulic driven fork for pallete-case. Wheel lifting and the swivel axis is offered in standard equipment. Moreover, on Your wish, we mount also a swivel, hydraulic driven shaft and offer wheel lifting and swivel axis as standard equipment.       

Hydraulic driven fork simplifies harvesting of the fruits and lowers labor demands. The harvesting is more cost effective and efficient.

Fruit shaking machine is designed for harvesting stone fruits:
- cheery
- sweet cheery
- plum
- apple (for processing)

The operator lies down a foil sheet on a ground, under the tree top,
then grab the tree trunk with the machine gripper.
The machine produces high frequent vibrations and the gripper shakes the tree.
As a result the fruits are torn off from the petiole and fall down to a foil sheet under
the tree top.
There are only 4 – 6 people needed for harvesting.
Harvesting efficiency is more then 90%.

Rotary mower-shlasher is designed for:
-mowing the grass
- slashing tree branches
- slashing harvest remains
- initial liquidation of berry plantation
- others

Our mower-shlasher has possibility to work with asymmetric suspension,
shifted to right side with 310 mm.

There are three  mower-shlashers available, The model depend on the total width: -         small, = 1500 mm         medium, = 1600 mm          big, = 1800 mm

There are four blades made of hard steel alloy which enables to shlash branches with small diameter, even 40 mm.
Our rotary mower-shlasher is approved by many fruit-growers.

Bush planter is designer to plant bushes in rows of:
-currant
-gooseberry
-raspberry
-etc.

Working principle
The planter is forming a 30 cm deep ridge.
When the ridge is made, a person puts the bush to the hole and the machine buries
the hole and beat down the soil.

Karmasz is also designing and manufacturing a lot of products increasing safety in road works, warehouses, park places, etc.
